1. About us
Bask Decor is an online home décor store based in Pakistan, selling wall mirrors, standing mirrors, LED mirrors, and framed wall art. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bask Decor, and "you" refers to the customer or website visitor.
2. Products, descriptions and colours
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, because our items are photographed under studio lighting and displayed on different screens, the actual colour, finish, and texture of a mirror or frame may vary slightly from the images shown. Small variations in handmade or hand-finished items (such as crackle finishes and frames) are natural and are not considered defects.
Product dimensions are approximate and may vary within a normal manufacturing tolerance.
3. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, update product descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to keep the Site accurate, but errors in price or description can occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and offer a replacement, a restock timeline, or a full refund.
5. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only once we accept it and it is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an invalid delivery address, or a pricing error.
6. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Where online or bank payment options are offered, they will be shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, the full amount is payable in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. We may, at our discretion, request a partial advance or order confirmation (for example, by phone or WhatsApp) for large or fragile items before dispatch.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times and any delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed when we process your order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable customer may be subject to re-delivery charges.
8. Returns, exchanges and refunds
We want you to love your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging; and
- you provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Because mirrors and glass frames are fragile, we ask that you inspect your order at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or a video showing the damage and the packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
The following are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective: custom or made-to-order items, and clearance or final-sale items.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or by bank transfer / mobile wallet for Cash on Delivery orders, within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return delivery charges for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility; we cover delivery costs where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under the returns section above.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including product images, designs, calligraphy artwork, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Bask Decor or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaches these Terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bask Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or from any product purchased, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
13. Warranty disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, products are provided on an "as is" basis. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of Pakistan, which apply in addition to these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and the "Effective date" at the top shows when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
